Nate Diaz discusses his unsatisfactory UFC deal
Conor McNate Diaz has alleged that the UFCUFC is keeping him “hostage” as their contract dispute rages on, according to Jake Paul.
When Diaz last competed in June 2021, Leon Edwards defeated him by decision. The American still has one fight left on his current UFC contract, but no opponent has been selected. The 37-year-old is consequently mired in uncertainty.

In 2016, Diaz and McGregor alternated victories before the former dual-weight champion defeated the Irishman by submission.
The possibility of a trilogy battle between the two has long seemed to exist, but McGregor is now healing from a broken leg he sustained during his second of two defeats to Dustin Poirier in 2021. Early 2023 is when the 33-year-old is anticipated to return to the ring.
“Let’s get you going, let’s chat in a few,” UFC president Dana White said during my most recent meeting, Diaz said. Hunter Campbell, the UFC CBO, and he fled the structure. I was about to commit a theft. I exited the house and relieved myself.
Diaz was caught on camera urinating in front of the UFC’s Las Vegas offices.
“I admire the UFC, but they value me privately while undervaluing me publicly,” he said. I don’t want any more money; instead, I want to accomplish other things. With all due respect, I went in there and spoke with them. I may later decide to resign, but I must leave.
